About me
Who is Coach Bre?
I am a hard-working and fun-loving woman who has a pretty good sense of humor! In my spare time, you will find me curled up with a good book or spending time with my husband Roy. As a transformational life coach, ordained minister, Christian speaker, and event planner, I am known as someone whose quiet demeanor can bring a sense of calm and tranquility to any situation (just ask some of my past brides or past coaching clients!)
I love serving the world by empowering women to overcome life's challenges and live their best lives. I am most fulfilled when I see women achieving the goals they've set for themselves, positively impacting their families and communities!
I work with women who are busy in their careers, in their communities and with their families, who want to ensure that, in the busyness of life, that they are also fulfilled as women. I help them discover their life purpose (especially after a life season change) and set and achieve goals that are in line with their purpose. I desire to see women become better versions of themselves so they can leave a legacy of excellence for future generations!
I've been featured on several podcasts, my most recent ones being "More Than Lipstix" and "StoryTime with Stephanie."
When I'm not busy coaching and mentoring women, I enjoy spending time by the water and cooking (especially trying new recipes and adding to my cookbook collection)!
